Do you notice another user šxperience or you feel like using same mobile?
I have iPhone 13 Pro Max and on my table is two days iPhone 14 Pro Max and I still did not decide if I should unpacked it. I can still sell it and according to reviews if I upgrade, I will do unrqtional choice.

I knew it was going to be a small upgrade, but I really like the idea of the Dynamic Island and 48MP camera. Shooting with 48MP and the new photo engine on the 14PM is amazing, the pill 💊 just annoys me. I’m gonna keep the 14PM for two weeks and return it if I can’t get used to the pill.

I have appointment later. Still have my pro max 13 for trade in. Still deciding to get it or not for the 14 pro max. Just reading everyone’s opinion And I usually upgrade year after year only missing out in the 4s.

I'm torn between the island and notch. The island sits lower so its more visible when I look at the two phones side by side. But my old phone is already spoken for so I'm keeping the 14PM.

You’ll get used to it. I love the island now 🥰

Removing the notch + makes the display feel more coherent (still getting used to AOD). True Tone is on cooler side thanks to dual ambient light sensors. Stainless Steel is lighter this year, so the phone feels better in my hand. I picked up my 13 Pro Max today and it felt heavy once again and the notch stuck out to me more the island. The camera’s are massively better than 13 Pro Max (much less noise on all cameras, high resolution images + less noisy 4k video on main camera (or high fidelity contrast when I use 12mp pixel binning).

BTW the island is dope. It’s the small details with Apple that count. Noticed today while using the music app. The wave spectrum matches the same colors to the album cover from every song. That’s a very nice detail. Enjoying the interactions with the island. Now that area on the phone actually gets a lot of usage due to the dynamic island.

Got a 14 Pro Max and love it just as much if not more than I did my 13 Pro Max. The purple looks very nice in a clear case, pictures taken in various lighting conditions look great to me, long battery life, the list goes on.

Might not be revolutionary coming from the 13PM but at the very least it's evolutionary. I never did mind the notch, and I don't mind the dynamic island. It makes a great intuitive app switcher of sorts and the seamless integration and smooth animations make it fun and useful.

Sold 14 PM and today I have great price for 13 PM..omg 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m going to upgrade from my 13PM plus don’t have apple care which quite dangerous if I drop my phone .

Not at all, I really like the Dynamic Island and the upgraded sensor is definitely noticeable for photography - especially in 48MP.

It ultimately didn’t cost me anything since my early upgrade fee was slightly less than the amount I got for my 13PM to sell.

I upgrade every year. I am a big fan of dynamic island, I like the AOD, and the camera so far has been far better for macro photos, I noticed that instantly. Battery so far is off the charger with regular use for 27 hours and I’m at 32%.

I’ve been a serial upgraded every year. I have disposable income so I couldn’t care. It’s the same design, new set of cameras and a new notch. This should have been an iPhone 13s Pro not 14.

I’d love to see those battery stats SS. Must be a very light user?

I miss my Sierra Blue color and really wish the purple was of the same color depth. Otherwise, i like it just fine. The always on display and camera is what made me upgrade. Normally I skip the next generation phone.

I’m loving the 14 Pro Max! Of course it’s not very different than the 13 Pro Max. But for me the improvements often take time to appreciate. It’s the unexpectedly amazing photograph. Maybe existing apps will adopt Dynamic Island further improving that experience. The display does seem brighter. I have no regrets!

no regrets the things that I think for me is worth upgrading is

48mp pro raw
always on display
island is cool wouldn't say it's a massive deal though
brightness outdoors is great as somebody who walks a lot

The 13 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max are the same weight. 🤣
I can't take some of you seriously with all the placebo effect that you put into your hands-on impressions.

Do you understand physics and weight distribution? When developing products, you account for application of pressure and concentration of weight, or also the factors of weight distributed over surface area and volume.
