I just bought mine. I'm tied to AT&T so much already I didn't want to give them more of my money. Plus, I wanted the iPad to be a flash in the pan purchase and not some lingering cost. I may be wrong as I haven't been outside with it, but for now this is how I feel.

I ordered to WIFi and 3G unit the first day of preorder. WIll give the WiFi to my VP and take the 3G for myself. NO REGRETS

I returned my 32 gig for a 64 gig at Best Buy before my 14 days were up. As far as the 3G, I really have no need for it since I use my iPhone 3G. For me, I'll hold off until the 2nd Generation iPad and either give my 64 gig to my wife ,son or eBay it.
