Wish I had as many Macs as some of you guys do ... but I give them to my family when I get new ones. Nothing like a free computer to help increase Apple marketshare.
Is that an Amiga monitor your using as your TV. I had a friend back in art school who used one as a tv hooked up to his VCRmarkkk! said:I have too many Mac's for a 15 year old...which is 3. But thats 1 or 2 more than a 15 yr old needs riiight?

The second of two truckloads of about 50 Macs. Performa 5200/5270/5400s that I traded in at CompUSA for $70 each a few years ago. It is how I financed my first Mac and a few iPods as well as a lot of other goodies.
I cleaned out a school in Minnesota and got all 100 for less than $20 in total. Rented a truck for $200 twice and got well over $that in gift cards for my trouble.

No way guys, I said it first.maestro55 said:You already have an iBook, I would make better use of the MBP.. He should give it to me

So, you got a green iMac, and then you painted the walls green to match the iMac. Of course, when you got an iPod mini it had to be green too, to match everything else. You didn't like the hocket puck mouse that came with the iMac (who did?) so you got an Apple pro mouse. Since it was black, you needed a black mouse pad, and of course the furniture would also fit in the black theme. Now, of course, with the aluminium MacBook Pro you have to use a green and black desktop picture to make it match both your green stuff and your black equipment. Nice.markkk! said:The mighy mouse got on my nerves because I had to lift my finger to right click..I might as well lift my finger to the keyboard & click the damn thing instead of using that stupid mouse. Plus it doesn't match. I'm a clean/match freak. Besides laundry-doing. haha

I think I have to hide the MacBook and the PowerBook before the cleaning lady comes on Thursday. (The monitor for the Mac mini is on another table.)
Anyone else think they have too many Macs? Lets see pics.
I must say that is rather clever. It is very difficult to find uses for outdated computers, but that method is both aesthetically pleasant and functional, for a geek, mind you.aquajet said:They make excellent bookends
Do you have like an overall picture of the room where you keep these? It'd be interesting to see how they all fit together, much less fit in the room.840quadra said:
Many more, just don't have pictures of them

Reminds me of one product guide from early 2001:Electro Funk said:I like the way you think!
I justify a lot of purchases with the same logic... sometimes i can be such an impulse buyer... it's cool.. i like it... im taking it home...
or you could spread your pointer and middle like a peace sign when griping the mighty mouse no lifting of a finger there unless you wanna use the scroll ball or do the app switcher.markkk! said:The mighy mouse got on my nerves because I had to lift my finger to right click..I might as well lift my finger to the keyboard & click the damn thing instead of using that stupid mouse.
