Since Public Beta 1, TouchID has not been appearing in System Preferences. Also, when I try to check "Allow your Apple Watch to unlock your Mac" in "Security and Privacy" it fails (it used to work).

Other user accounts are fine. I have no profiles loaded for this user, so presumably it's some configuration/plist somewhere that needs help.

Thanks

I'm having this same problem (although I only installed the public beta on Saturday). Were you ever able to resolve this?
