I had to unenroll from beta and went back to release version as this was driving me nuts. I know it's a beta, and these kind of things are to be expected, but I just couldn't temporarily handle this particular issue.
So what will it take to get rid of this garbage? I un-enrolled from the beta program, so would the next regular OS update potentially fix it? Is there anything I can do right now? My Air is about to be a year old but I'll take this thing to an Apple Store and have them install an actual functioning operating system that doesn't break the trackpad if I really have to.
Hi, it has suddenly started working consistently. I have upgraded to 12.1 beta 3 a few days back. Immediately after that, I didn't work. Now it's working with force click in all pressure sensitivities be it light, medium or firm.I would only ask you to please stop abusing the warranty, this is not going to help you since this is a software issue.
Hi All, Apple seems fixed this error in ver 12.1 Beta 4. I've read in a VietNam forum about that. Anyone ever updated to beta 4?
yesIs anyone else still having this issue? I'm on 12.2 and the sensitivity of my Macbook Pro's Trackpad is not great for Tap to click
