when I click on each of the order details it shows the phone and its pick up date time, etc. I scroll down below that information and there is this:

I am trading in my paid off iPhone 11 Pro max that I bought on the apple site but through at&t's monthly 2 year payments on our phone bill.
I get the same thing, but different refund for hubby's iPhones Xs. his was bought the same way but has been paid off for a year now, obviously.
I picked up my iPhone 13 pro max case today at apple and asked them the same thing. She told me if they’re not too busy they may take the trade but should be prepared to just use the shipping ox when it arrives. I’ve done this a few times with no issues.
I should have clarified. I have the Apple upgrade program. I’m talking about the apple upgrade program trade in.
I think the instructions on the app are old. The email says due to COVID they aren’t don’t. Set ups and will mail kits for pick up and delivery.

No it doesn’t. Nor did it last year as well. It arrived eventually. I had already sold the 11PM on swappa. Paid off the citizen loan. Made $255 after fees.
Yes correct. I’m on the program just last year I never sent decide back. Listed on swappa and sold within minutes. Made money back. Paid off citizen loan.

I guess cause when I use to do delivery it would always email me saying a kit was mailed too.
But this time I don’t see any of that.

They text everyone that. I have one device I am trading in, one I am not. I received two texts, one for each order. That text is to make sure you are ready to immediately restore your new device to have all the info from your old device.
Did anyone get there boxes? I did pick up in store and never got a box to ship my old phone.

Mine just came yesterday. Do you use UPS? It should show up in their app. Mine did via address match.
I don’t see anything on the app.
In the past it would come through fed ex. Or if ship it back from fed ex
this is first year I did a pick up in store for the iPhone upgrade program
I also did pick up in store but ship the trade in back. Mine was in the UPS app.
im checking, but nothing in the app. I called and it seems I can also Bring it in store. I might just do that as its easier and faster.
I'm just wondering if I can also return my partners iPhone to, so they can close out their loan too.
So what ended up happening? I’m doing in store pickup for the first time this year and wondering if you got your box. I would rather bring my new and old phone back to my house to make sure everything is transferred.
That asked me what I wanted to do and I said i wanted to ensure everything copied over successfully. So they mailed me a trade in box like usual
bumping this thread - I feel in past years I've gotten the box, but this year (picking up at store), the trade-in instructions on the apple store app says I have to give my phone in when I pick up my new one? any clarity on this?
