Resolved Transfer iPhone 4 SIM to 4[S]?

I'm assuming I can, but can I transfer my current MicroSIM to another iPhone? In my case, a no contract one to-be-found on eBay.

Err, well hold on. The iPhone 4S isn't available factory unlocked, so you'll have to renew your contract. However, moving the SIM card from one locked phone to the 4S (still locked) should work.
