How are the trends.
What are the actual trends for you guys. Do you guy a lot of buys the first day or is it steady throughout? I just got my app ChalkBoard on sale and I am wondering if I'm going to get steady buys.
Also, I'm just want to make sure again, units means how many buys, correct? Thanks

I'm feeling generous so I'll share a graph, with numbers removed.
First three days on this graph are the end of my first week and a bit of sale. The next day is when my first update went up. That coincided with me posted localized app descriptions on the Stores. You'll notice that Italy (purple) and France (dark red) jumps up significantly after that. Sales overall jumped after the update but are dropping slowly.

captcanuk (or anyone else with problems), have you gotten your sales stats? My app's been up for 10 days now, and I emailed them about the stats a week ago. Still nothing. Very frustrating! I understand they're busy, but it seems like most people got their stats immediately, and most people with problems got it fixed pretty quickly.
Still don't have it fixed yet. I went to http://itts.apple.com and tried logging in there because that's where the reports are but that interface is broken after logging in so I e-mailed the e-mail address there and still, nothing heard back.
Thanks guys. I've been checking http://itts.apple.com too (found a mention of it elsewhere) along with https://itunesconnect.apple.com . I'm sure it won't help any, but if I still haven't heard from them tomorrow I think I'll try emailing again.
After emailing everybody in contacts i finally got my Sales/Trends.
Damn it seems like they will NOT enable it unless you ask!.

Guh. The link finally showed up in iTunes Connect. I was so excited!! But I click it, it takes me to https://itts.apple.com ... and the form does absolutely nothing. I select a Vendor Name, the only option is (0), and it gives me the error "Invalid Vendor ID". Just like it's been doing for the past week.

Dude did you read there email. You have to wait another 24 Hours before you can see result.
As to who i emailed. I emailed everybody in the Itunes connect. but my repy game back from ItunesAppReporting.

I never got an email! The link just appeared in iTunes Connect, they never sent any reply to me. Thanks though--hopefully I'll finally get some stats tomorrow. Kinda sounds like I'm only going to see today's numbers though, which would really suck.
Same here. The Sales/Trends appeared tonight but not reply to email. Let's hope some stats will appear tomorrow.
It still doesn't work, but i'm getting a different form now at https://itts.apple.com ... Looks like it's almost there, it just needs some data. At least it's progress!

And as a few people have said before, the first day you get the daily stats part in your itunes connect, it won't actually show anything, you need to wait at least 24 hours for the next days numbers to come in. Today's ones seem a bit late, for some reason.

I still find it odd that you have to email to specifically request this feature - I can't think of anyone that wouldn't find it useful!
I think I just missed the $250 mark for getting paid last month, so hopefully a financial report shall appear in a few weeks, hopefully.

I got my first finacial report today from the US. It is wayyyyyy less than what I expected. the sales/trend report show that I have sold almost 1000 apps. The financial report says Ive only made 245!???

Did you take into account the fact that the report is only for 8/31 - 9/27? And the numbers will still be slightly less than your daily counts for those dates if this is your first report since it's counting cleared sales rather than downloads.
For example, my daily reports show a certain number of downloads during that period, the financial report shows 92% of those downloads as completed sales, and because of not hitting the $250 mark in a number of regions I'll end up only getting paid for 63% of those sales (or 58% of downloads).

The trend report doesn't report sales, it reports downloads (including duplicate and repeated downloads by the same customer account). Did you include redownloads and app update downloads in your trend report count? You don't get paid for those.
You also don't get paid for anything falling under the $250 per region threshold, that gets carried over to some future payment.

You can tell when the downloads are ones without payment because it shows he customer price is 0. My trend report says 363 preople bought one of my apps. The financial report says only 89 people bought it. Theres no way this is possible because one of my other apps has similar amount of downloads and it is far worse. I dont get it
