It's really cool if you set it as lock screen wallpaper, then turn off and on the screen. Trust me.

*only works on OLED screens.

I assume that this is the way that the OLED displays different brightness of images, interesting that the brighter, whiter parts of the image appear quicker than the darker parts.

I bet people could come up with some really interesting wallpapers that have very slightly different gradients of brightness to make it look even more animated.

It also looks animated on my iPhone 8 Plus LCD screen. It‘s due to the fade-in effect.

ok sold. how do i get it on my X?

ok, figured it out.

i like dark screens for the X as it downplays the notch...or else it stands out like a dogs bollocks
