People want OS X, but not a stylus.

i don't want OSX. i have a powermac and 2 laptops that run it already.

i liken it to the old argument against the shuffle. IT DOESN'T HAVE A SCREEN! it's like people can't see that different devices have different uses.

people make fun of ipad because it's "just" a big iphone but that's exactly what i want.

Multitouch, multischmouch... Imagine an Apple tablet that runs Mac OS X and understands both touch and pen like this?

And now imagine how much it would cost, how few people it would appeal to, and how that would decimate the pool of potential buyers.
