tv in Canada: No TV Shows, No Netflix

Tried a prepaid "vanilla" brand Mastercard - bought from Shoppers Drug Mart.
Doesn't work.
Tried it in the Canadian store, also doesn't work.
Went online for my balance to check things out - it's fine.
Called call centre, all is fine there too.
I guess I'm buying gas with it or groceries unless you can think of something else?
Going to be getting iTunes gift card from the US soon, but I was hoping this could work.

For some reason that I don't know, my new Vanilla MC doesn't work either, iTunes tells me that the security code is not valid. Like you, checking balance works. Strange.

I put no credit card in my account and I use iTunes US card instead. It works.
