Heres the list of a few things I'm still waiting on to update my old 5s to ios8:

adblocker
anyattach
app update manager
applocker
background manager
bitesms
cccontrols
cleverpin
folderenhancer
icaughtupro
messages2pdf
multitaskinggestures
nownow
push for gmail
social duplicator
springtomize
statusbarweather7
typestatus
virtual home
vwallpaper

there are more, but lots i use are already (officially) updated, some are not as essential/every day as the above ones. hoping they all get updated, it seems with each jailbreak, new stuff comes out, but some good old stuff gets left behind.

Anyone else waiting on anything special to upgrade their older devices?

Im on a 6 plus already jail broke. Really want Gridlock working like yestrday

I thought I read around here somewhere that Cleverpin was working already. That's one of mine too.

Before I'd be willing to update the iPhone 5 from 7.1.2, in order of priority:

iBlacklist
biteSMS
Five Icon Dock or an equivalent (can't buy infinidock from a 7.1.2 device, apparently, so that won't work for me either)
Gesture Music Controls (there HAS to be a way to do this with Activator, right? edit: there is. ActIf +Activator)
AdBlocker
BlurredMusicApp

There's a whole lot more normally installed on my phone, but this is the stuff I use daily and really can't find stock workarounds for, or even adequate replacement tweaks. I hate stock folders, for example, but I *can* live with them if I have to, so though FolderEnhancer is one of my all time favorite tweaks, I'll deal without it for now. And most tweaks are at least somewhat replaceable; I gave up Gridlock with iOS 6 as it was buggy for a while there. Instead, I used Iconoclasm for 6 and HomescreenDesigner for 7, and while I did still miss Gridlock, I learned to live without it.

I have an iPhone 6 on order, which makes me less inclined to update the 5, but if all these tweaks were working, I'd probably go ahead. Only sheer laziness and a few too many reported bugs are keeping me from JBing the iPad Mini2; I've learned to live with stock 8.1 on that device and biteSMS and AdBlocker are the only missing tweaks for that one. I'll probably JB it sometime this week.

I only need BiteSMS and CallBar updated, everthing else I need is already there :)

Good luck on callbar...it was just updated to iOS 7 not long before the iOS 8 jailbreak. Great tweak, but I'm not sure I'd count on that one for quite some time.

Have you tried nownow? It works fine for me.

Hopefully it won't be that long. iOS 6 to 7 was a big change but 7 to 8 isn't that huge as far as I'm aware of. Hopefully apps and tweaks will be easier to update from 7 to 8...

Hoping open notifier is updated. Hate having my screen turn on for push messages all the time, and this allows me to easily see if I got anything simply by turning my screen on.

I need

Photoalbum +

Keyboard support on the i6 for Bytafont

Simple app closer - I don't want all that cc controls does

I don't run many tweaks
