Iphone, Exchange, Google Calendars

Im wondering if you tech guru's can help: I want to synch a work outlook/exchange calendar with my Google Calendar - either directly or through my Iphone.
I have an Iphone 3G (and loving it...!). I work p/t with one organisation, and freelance as a consultant with other clients. The p/t organisation uses outlook - about to upgrade to Office 07 - and have an Exchange Server (03, I think) - but they are reluctant to allow full Exchange synch, and wont allow any 3rd party programs to be installed on work computers, which would have been the easiest way to synch my Outlook calendar to Google Calendar.
I use Google calendars - and synch that with Ical through SpanningSynch and with Iphone through Nueavasync (which uses an Exchange account).
Whats the best way of getting my work (Exchange) calendars onto my Google calendar - or at least onto my Iphone? At the moment, Nuevasynch does a good - and free - job of keeping my Google Calendar, Iphone and Macbook synched. I dont want to lose the Exchange based Nuevasynch - which I would if I went for full Exchange synch with the p/t organisation.
I dont need mail (all work mail gets forwarded to Gmail, where I can sort it) and definitely dont need contact synch.
Apologies for the hugely long post - any help hugely appreciated - it would make my life so much easier!
