Yes, the firmware was up to date... Oh well, it is back to the refurb factory. I hope no one here buys it, lol.

Uh... firmware is permanent unless you sent the MB back to the factory. Trade you my iB G4 for your MB lol.

I thought so too, but it passed the hardware test. I still took out the ram and put in some ram that was in my wife's macbook, but, it still did it then too.

It whipes! But, it is not native yet, it whipes too slow with Rosetta to be useful.
