I'm sure you can, or else the App Store wouldn't have provided the option to redeem voucher codes (although the option has disappeared now).

I just thought that...thought I was going mad but glad it's happened for someone else too :p

Thanks OP....know what I'll be asking for for Fathers Day :)

Went to a different branch to get some more and the offer is now on the system

It's only affecting some stores, seems last night's update didn't get applied in some of the Retail Java based stores
Sounds like typical Argos, lol.

I now have £90 in my itunes account, must hold myself back from spending it all now. I need to keep it to go towards TomTom when it's finally out.

Indeed, for a big company they're not that well organised.

Plan on getting £40-£60 worth of vouchers myself, as I'm also waiting for the TomTom app :)

Do we have any idea how much it will cost? Wondering if I should get another 2 cards or not before the offer finishes?

Anyone know when the offer is on until?at least a week I'd immagine?the store near me won't have them in until Wednesday.but the offer will still be on then I assume..

I bought 10 this morning. In the long run it's a brilliant deal. Just be aware that offer doesn't go through on the tills yet because it's supposed to start tmrw. The staff at Argos were very helpful though and put them through for me after checking I assume with the manager.

I also bought 10. They make great birthday presents ;)

It seems like an incredible deal. Assuming Argos are making money from it, you have to wonder what's in it for Apple.

I can't imagine they are making money on it, I can't imagine apple will sell them cheaper, as apple still have to give the 70% cut to developers on apps, which is more than what the card costs.., I'd assume it's a loss leader to get people through the door.

Hello, wow... ordered 6 and going to pick them up later. £90 of vouchers for £60... that is craaaaazy!

Just reserved 4, 2 from the store near me, 2 from the store near my girlfriend...and I'm now wondering whether I should reserve another 2!

Thanks for the info! Just reserved 2. But after reading the rest of this thread, wondering if I need more. Good thing I can use the Nectar points I earned from a Macbook purchase from the Apple Online Store at Argos to buy iTunes cards ... kind of a nice circle :).

Just reserved 2...

Won't be available to collect until wednesday and there's a note in the email saying price is a special offer and price on day of collection may be different!

I bet they'll want full price when I collect

I would expect so I'm afraid, the reservation is only for the items, not the price.

I went to pick mine up today after reserving them, and I was told they are not allowed to sell anymore as the codes aren't working! They said this is now a country wide problem, not just that store (Galagher, Coventry). I was given a head office number to call to speak to them about it.

Picked mine up yesterday without issue. The problem was supposed to be resolved on Friday, oh dear!
