I have, not today though. Although I’ve only just got my new sim through the post today, as helpful they cut off my old eSim before I received my new one. I can only assume these are from Monday when I last spoke to them confirming my order.

I’m in the same boat - had to keep pressing order and it finally went through at 1:17pm. I was given the date 18th Nov which has now been pushed to 23rd and still on processing. I’ve ordered the 12 max pro 256gb in pacific blue. Got a feeling it’s because of the demand for pacific blue 😫

I was hoping itd come sooner as i was given 16th-18th but i think youre right demand is so high it will be later. Also it is probably because its this years colour (like midnight green) it will sell well. Also it just looks really cool. I was tempted by silver as i love the white aesthetic too but that blue..

Spoke to EE they confirm it’s likely follow up messages from Monday. They apologised etc and will feed back to the team. Also £30 credit for cutting my old sim off before I received my new one. So it was worth the call in the end.

Just received an interesting sms from EE

I had a similar response via EE Live Chat as I ordered a MagSafe charger on the 7th. Was told earlier delayed due to the same reasons as your text.
