Same here. People says going south.
In my case, totally goes north. I am just few hours away from Hickney and not sure why Ryton though!

So you’ve ended up with a delivery by DHL and a collection by UPS? It doesn’t look as if UPS got many deliveries this time around.

if you click on the Syncreon link in your browser the tracking number for DHL is on the end of the link

@krsaber no, I just messaged them on their online chat last Friday and asked if they could send me one in the post as the stores are closed and it would be really useful as I’m in Dubai next week which isn’t covered by my 3 allowance so this means I can just pop a local normal sim in for data when I get there but still receive my normal WhatsApp / iMessage etc. The person I spoke too said that was fine and it came next day. I’ve seen that others haven’t had as much luck getting one though.
The number shown in Syncreon site is the customer reference to DHL. Once it loads you'll have the shipment number going forward.
They must be holding onto mine just to wind me up lol
I’m still waiting. Mine still says “arriving Saturday”. Surely they can it deliver first day like many other retailers?
Finally got the tracking number for DHL. Do they do a live tracking or one hour slot like DPD?
I’ll be in all day. I’m one of the sad ones who booked the day off. I’ll be up and ready before 8am sitting by the front door.
Not sure. Mine came from DHL. The numbers in Syncreon and the click here to track bring up nothing.

Click in the address bar when on the Syncreon website. The tracking number is on the end of the URL.

I had a word with them earlier like... "Treble... More like Trouble", I said... "Hold theirs back 'til Monday..."
Obviously I'm joking! Don't know why I have the need to say that... But I'm sure it will arrive, it just takes time to scan through, I'm sure...
(Also, for the record, as they seem to be sending by DPD --- sometimes it's taken up until 10am the morning of delivery before I've received DPD confirmations before...)
Well no email / text from Apple, but tracking info in the app and although no email or message from DPD either, their website confirms they not only have it but it left Hinckley at 15.19 and is en-route to the Rumney Depot here in Cardiff, happy days 😃
Me too. I will be working from home... So my carpet will get a few less wear through pacing, though I'm sure there'll be some...
