My F&F rolled over on one line. Other still not updated though.

I added free 6 months arcade add on yesterday as i knew my contract will be changed today or tomorrow. They text me that we have removed the Arcade Add On (not showing my EE account) but my free 6 months subscription is still active on Apple lol

I had 20% on a previous contract. Moved to 30% this time. I received a bunch of texts, 1 said ‘Welcome to EE 30% friends and family’ and then straight after ‘we have removed your 30% friends and family’. Make it make sense

Check your EE app. Is it showing under your addons ?

Anyone any expeirence with these? Just appeared on my FB timeline. Seems pretty cool actually. Just protects the phone ''where it matters'' so still get the natural feel of it.
