They probably sold that particular unit whilst you were completing your order? I am so sorry to hear that.
However I can tell you, by experience, that stock comes and goes during the day and you will be luckier to find it on the Apple website as opposed to on the Apple Store app on your iPhone/iPad. I was able to bag one 2 years ago during the afternoon by refreshing the webpage, whilst the app showed no stock in any of the London area stores.
Hope it goes better than my delivery from Durham depot on Wednesday where I “missed the driver” who couldn’t be arsed to come to the door.
Typically I needed that one and they are usually really good
Mine arrived at my local depot at exactly 1.31am also, but from DPD.
I already received the pick-up details from the Apple Store at Regent Street for the 15PM I bought this morning. It is confirmed they will hold the device for 7 days after the designated pick-up day. I am (quite literally) taking off to Athens now and will pick it up on my return. Please post pictures of your new devices guys! I want to live the moment by proximity haha 😝
I am getting a 15 plus so you are not alone. I’ve had a pro max and never liked the weight and the camera bump size. Each to their own I guess.

Yeah you should get a text with a slot by 9ish. Also download the DHL app as it will show you a snake with how many deliveries the driver has before yours. That won’t kick off until the driver is physically en-route though!
I’m not sure these early ones do. Think it will still be from syncreon iirc what happened last year.

Both of my Apple packages (iP15 PM and new Watch Strap) arrived safely at my local DPD depot in Southwark.
I’m curious to see what impact having two separate parcels has on delivery timing. Not that I’ll have time to look at anything until after I finish up my day’s work.

Great to see apples buttery smooth ops and timing had worked again for people bagging one for in store today. Makes the stress of last week melt away!

I have a feeling mine will arrive between 10-11, that's usually when DPD deliveries in my area.
Melt away but not completely thaw sorry….. I have 3 hard searches on my credit file as a result of the debacle I am pissed about. Car insurance and House insurance due the next month or 2 and searches like this make it look like I ma desperate for finance rather than Apple being IT dimwits with their pre pre order rubbish…..
Knowing my luck my Apple Watch will be delivered when I am away to pick up my iPhone. Need to rush to the store and back home! It’s been delivered by DHL.
Just got in from work..very tired but growing anticipation of two deliveries today! My 15 Pro via DPD and my wife’s 15 via DHL! I need sleep but I need my new 15 even more…time for first coffee
