There was a bit of a mess up, I contacted Apple then DHL phone me, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and told me where to go pick it up. Needed to bring id and the order reference

Mine is showing the exact same, did this with the 13 pro and I ended up having to get collect it from DHL

As someone who lives on the outskirts (near Sutton Coldfield), that store is an absolute nightmare to get to. Birmingham has to be worse than London for bus lanes, enforcement cameras etc Then you have the bloody tram route right next to it as well.
