Had my Natural Titanium Pro due to be delivered today via DPD from EE.
Out of nowhere yesterday afternoon tracking changes to “Return to consignor”
Called EE and they had no idea what happened. Said they couldn’t contact DPD and “nothing they could do”
Said that phone would have to be returned from DPD, processed and entire order be created again from scratch, which could take a week.
Spoke to a manager who offered £30 credit off a bill
Sometimes I just need reminding how low the bar is in this country for so many businesses

It sounds like EE put a return to sender on that before it could reach you.
We do that at my workplace for orders which we suspect are fraudulent (not saying yours was) but very likely EE asked for it to be returned to them and won't tell you why but spin the 'we don't know why" line.
Ordered from sky last week. Said delivery from 22nd September, but since then, nothing.

Speck Presidio2 Grip on and actually quite a good fit. Buttons feel great, not that grippy though. They removed the rubber and now it is just plastic

If you order for in-store pick up with EE, do you get a text when it’s available to collect? I’ve not had anything through since the initial batch for the upgrade and tracking just shows dispatched.

They actually said that on the phone, the only reason we would request a return is if we suspect fraud… but that’s not the case here, nothings flagged up
So who knows whether that was a lie or not. Either way it’s a sign for me to stop paying that particular company, have had too many issues with them

Got a notification to say that I wasn't in (which I was) and that they could try and re-deliver tomorrow. Then another notification to say that it was at the local corner shop and that I needed to take ID to collect.
Clearly the guy never got out of the van for my part of SE London as there was loads of other parcels waiting to be dealt with behind the shop counter. Will put in a complaint to DPD as they're usually really the best for deliveries
The main thing is that I have both new iPhone and new Apple Watch strap, but didn't need the extra drama!

amFilm installation was so easy. Massive dust removal sticker. Stick onto the phone, remove and put the tray on. Job done.
Just a shame Apple has curved the glass as the protector is so small
I was going to order the spigen glass screen protectors but these amFilm ones looks pretty good. And yeah i loved the fully flat screens from the 12 series to 14 series. Made applying screen protectors so much easier and looks much better too imo. That’s why I don’t want to get some bad quality glass screen protectors for phones with screens that are slightly curved on the edges. Am I right in thinking the edge of the 15’s screen is not as curved as the likes of x/xs/11?
