Well Meadowhall store was a nightmare! Check in time was 11:45, went to walk past at 20 past and the line was massive so thought I may as well join because it looked like I’d be nowhere near the front by 11:45.

Got into the shop at 12:30 and wasn’t even inside 5 mins.

Now on the train on my way home where my S9 is waiting for me.

You could get about 12-15 screen protectors for that price buying them elsewhere! So even if you don’t do it right first time you would have spare and spare for if it ever breaks.

It’s your money of course but seems insane to me to spend that much on a single protector.

I have 6 screen protectors that cost me £18 and honestly that was expensive but it’s the brand I like and I needed them for today.

Have to agree... especially with the frames etc to help apply them correctly.

I've gone with no screen protector again... my 14 Pro Max held up exceptionally well.

I know it went badly but a bit drastic to change to Samsung

You do get unlimited replacements with Belkin for £39, they ship you another one in under a week if you claim.

Personally I felt their protectors were better than some of the cheapest ones but not a lot better than the slightly higher quality ones from amFilm etc
 
Got my DPD order. Spot on. My DHL has not arrived. Due between 12:19 and 1:19. Thing is that the DPD one is the one I was going to return. The DHL one is the Barclays finance one. Would there be any repercussions if I return the Barclays one instead? Or would you wait for it to arrive?

Dont like the finewoven case look - maybe I need to check in person, but looks like I'll stick with silicon

Similar at Meadowhall last year sort of, I had a pick up of around 6:30, I was easily straight in the store with no queue but the staff took ages actually going to get my phone (I had a watch order as well to pick up but for the same time) but I must've been in there 30 mins waiting
 
Oh my…I absolutely love my Blue Titanium Pro 😍 I did have a niggling doubt that I should have gone with the Natural Titanium but now I’ve actually got the Blue in my hand I’m over the moon that I stuck with my gut instinct choice of colour. And, I have to admit that my wife’s 15 in Pink is bloody lovely too! On both phones the brushed edges really give them a premium finish and are so satisfying to look at and handle ( nudge nudge wink wink 😉 ). At this moment my wife is applying an ESR Armorite screen protector to each phone as she has some kind of voodoo magic that enables her to apply them without any issues whatsoever 👽

First impressions at this stage are I think this is my favourite iPhone so far…and I’ve yet to turn it on! 🥳🥳🤣

I don't know if it's a result of a WhatsApp message I sent to DPD about an hour ago but it's now left the depot and should be with me between 14:49 and 15:49 - fingers tightly crossed!

Phone (Pro Max in Ti Blue) came at 8am and just finished setting it up over lunch. Upgraded from a 13 Pro Max. Loving it so far. Colour is lovely so much so my wife (who is going for the Pro) thinks she will order the same.

Got my Spiegen screen protector and case on and with the case the bezel is tiny - very noticeable compared to the 13. That tiny difference in size seems to make it feel smaller and has actually made it much easier to hold.

As a previous poster says, the biggest bummer is having to log into all the banking apps again 😂
