Phew, apparently I’m still 15 stops away but it’s here on time! Was starting too feel a little too close for my liking
The driver here was on 90 and I was 105, then mine arrived so maybe the number of stops isn’t that accurate!
Phone and Ultra 2 delivered 1:30pm whilst I was out, sis sat home to receive them bless her. Setting up as we speak. Weird to return to iPhone since 3GS.
I made that mistake - Opted for phone to phone transfer because it estimated 25 Mins, however once I started the process it said 2 hours. Right pain as I now have to wait to transfer my old series 6 to my new Watch Ultra 2. Oh well not the end of the world. If you want to use your new iPhone as quickly as possible, iCloud backup is quicker to get access to your phone, but will take longer to download your data in the background.
In 12 months time we’ll all be talking battery health again and good/bad battery batches 🤪Sorry for your loss

Yeah, there's probably a very small gap around the edges, I guess this is to prevent the glass from lifting but the black borders do a good job of hiding it.

My Ultra 2 is here. Another wait for my 15 Pro tomorrow but this is a good start. Been interesting reading this thread and passing the time while waiting so thanks to everyone here. Hope your day has gone ok and to those still waiting...it'll be worth the wait, no matter what you're waiting for. Definitely gonna be sticking around here
First impressions:
- The rounder shape is nicer in the hand.
- I can see why the natural colour was rumoured to be called 'titan grey'. That would be a fitting name.
- I wish the brushed titanium finish was more pronounced, the ads overdo it. In person you can hardly see it and this makes it look less premium IMO.
- The weight reduction has been massively overhyped by the reviewers, it is noticable but hardly
- This setup is taking an age and Photos has paused to 'cool down'. Didn't happen last year. The analysis about how the A17 Pro draws more power at high usage comes to mind.
It’s app specific - my bank logged me out and so did WhatsApp but that’s more to do with the lack of SIM (using eSIM so need to transfer numbers.
