Just had Apple take the payment for my Nat Titanium 256gb 15 Pro delivery 2nd to the 9th October. Order has moved to preparing to ship.
They just messaged me saying I planted a tree and can see this in the app but I don’t have a balance to withdraw yet but I assume it’s been accepted at quoted price - when did you lock the price in for it to be that high?

Ignore me! it was paid into my bank account already! (I was being a dumb dumb looking at my twig balance!)

Do MM actually bother updating the status on your account to say they’ve received the phone? Or does it just jump from ‘awaiting’ to ‘paid’? Would be nice for them to at least acknowledge they have it… 😡

Just had my account online change to “we have received your item”
Email as well, which said “order received” but must still be checking, fingers crossed get full amount over the low ball kiosk offer.
MusicMagpie say they have received my phone now, so just over 24 hours for them to mark it as "received". The email says they will process the payment tomorrow.

Haha, mine also changed to preparing for shipment approx 3 hours ago. Hopeful it’ll be sent out in next couple of days
I’d like to know this also. I’ve seen posts of people saying theirs sat at that status for days, which is a bit disheartening. Interested in what UK specific people have experienced
Hi all! How long do MM usually take to process a sale after they’ve received it? They emailed me at 11.30am yesterday to say they’d received my iPhone but not heard anything since.

Seems most stores received a delivery yesterday, another one due tomorrow and Friday. Any stock that shows up now on iUP are cancelled collections.
So then .. my mobile phones direct (AO) order arrived on Tuesday (they would have delivered Saturday but I was away) .. they had actually told me it would be 1 - 2 weeks before I got it so I just ordered along with my (9th - 16th October) Apple order and was going to go with whichever got here first.
Got Pro Max TB 256GB. Last year I tried the 14 PM and wanted the extra screen estate but it was just a bit too clunky in my pocket so I went back to my Pro. This year the PM is AMAZING! .. it feels loads lighter and thinner (even though it’s not hugely) and it’s so much easier to hold in one hand! .. absolutely LOVE it. Will also love the extra battery life (to the Pro) and the 5x optical which, so far seems to be really good!
I’ve got a new phone every year since I jumped onto the bandwagon (3G was my first) and this is right up there for me as one of the ones with noticeable improvements. The feel of it though is a game changer and I can actually see my screen properly at last!!! Also noticed the 5G is quicker with this .. don’t think it’s my imagination but could be 😁

PS Have cancelled Apple order. New phone (and watch!) already showing up in my Apple account so, if there are any problems, I’ll be taking it up with Apple not MPD

I am using the iPhone upgrade programme and reserved an iPhone 15 pro max. "It’s scheduled to arrive by 27 Sep - 2 Oct" But I still haven't heard from Apple yet.
