Been refreshing all morning since 6am and didn’t even catch this! They come and go so quick seems to be a matter of luck.

Going away on Monday and been trying to get hold of a Pro Max for the last week and no luck..
Pro’s seem to come and go, Watford has these available today, but haven’t seen a pro max at all yet anywhere local to me

Does anyone use InventoryWatch? Does it have to be running on Mac in order to work or can i put it to sleep to get email notifications?

I was a sceptic on the whole ”refreshing of the iPhone Availability screen”, as I have never been able to drop on one, even in past years… however, Tuesday morning I was refreshing and just like that, 15PM Blue Ti 512 at the Trafford Centre. Ordered to pick up from store on the Wednesday and I have been happily using since.
Setup was a breeze (I even forgot to unpair my Ultra before transferring phone to phone) but it took it across anyway… Saul Goodman! :)
Happy hunting for those who still are.

I'm having an absolute nightmare with O2 tried to pre order with Switch Up on pre order day and three times it wouldn't work with home delivery because they said systems were down so they ordered the phone into store and said just do the switch up when it arrives.

Got a text yesterday saying it had arrived so went into store and it was a 2 hour wait so went back this morning and apparently because I'm on the legacy switch up so it wouldn't show up that the phone had been in stock at store so now a manager has to sort it and I have to wait for a phone call when its sorted again. Four times I've been in now.

For anyone that’s struggling with the battery life on the 15 Pro, try turning 5G off. I’ve done that and it seems a little bit better; not much but a bit better. I live in an area that doesn’t have 5G yet so I don’t really need it on.

Just thought i would share my thoughts on my screen protector this year. Always go with the Spigen Ez as i did this year. However due to it not quite covering the screen it was attracting dust to the top edge. So after seeing people on here giving good ratings to the Torras GlassGo i have now fiited one of those this morning and it is much better than the Spigen Ez this year. Thanks to the people who endorsed the Torras this year. 😊

So researching cases and accessories as I await delivery of a 15 PM to replace my 12 Pro. Not arriving until end of October according to Apple UK so I have plenty of time  Two questions:

I’d like a case with a kickstand and have narrowed down to two options - Torras or ESR - not had a case from either before but they review well. Anyone got any experience with either of them?

I have a standard wireless charger nightstand that chargers my iPhone and Apple Watch overnight. Is there any real benefit to switching this out for a MagSafe version? I’m a bit non pluses as to the difference, bit quicker maybe, is that it? Reason I’m asking is because I really like the look of the Anker Cube but need to justify it to myself :)

Got the Torras too based on recommendations in here and really happy with it. Returning the Spigen EZ unopened

Well, here I am again. Returned my pro max. Besides the weird blemish in the white colour on the back of the phone, i noticed some very small chips in the glass round by the edge. Refunded at the apple store and ordered another one. Happy to wait for hopefully a better quality control batch

This is one of the reasons I don’t deal with phone contracts anymore and haven’t for several years now. I have a SIM only contract with EE and buy my phone outright directly from Apple every year.

I have pretty decent 5G coverage where I am and I prefer to use it as it does make a significant difference over 4G. That said I’ve not noticed any issues with battery life on my 15 Pro Max and it’s at least the same as it was on my 14 Pro Max if not better. Despite the size I prefer to have a Max over a regular Pro mainly because of the better battery and bigger screen. The size can be a bit cumbersome but I’m willing to deal with that. The 5X zoom is a bonus.

I have the ESR Armorite on my 15 Pro Max and I’ve also noticed dust gathering at the top edge of the display. I’ve already ordered and had delivered the Torras GlassGo so I’m going to replace it with that.

I’ve been using an ESR clear MagSafe case with my 14 Pro Max and I’m now using the equivalent version with the kick stand around the camera ring. It’s been great so far and I’m happy with it. The magnets are also very strong. I’ve not got any experience using the Torras one though.

As for wireless charging I can’t comment on the differences but I’m currently using the Belkin 3 in 1 Boost Charge with MagSafe and fast Apple Watch wireless charging and it’s been great too. I am contemplating getting the Anker Cube primarily for travel purposes as it’s pretty compact and reduces the number of cables I need to plug in when away from home.

I couldn’t agree more. That’s exactly what I do. I buy my phone from Apple and I have a sim only contract with EE. I trade my phone in every year and it’s zero hassle. The only surefire way to get a delivery of a phone is to go directly to Apple
