Natural Titanium 512GB Pro Max pre-order gone through! Collection on Friday 22nd at 10am.

Gennaro, my Apple assistant, did all the leg work in-store in seconds, I only had to confirm Si / Yes! No stress, no panic on the appstore or website. My payment was effectively prior authorised, each store has reserved stock allocation until it runs out.

I don't really count here as it is Italy but Apple UK stores could learn a thing about helping customers like this on pre-order day.

Roll on next Friday!!
