I’ve got one tiny corner gone - but as I say I’ve dropped my phone a good few times and it gets thrown in my handbag with keys etc.
I just hope the quality hasn’t degraded since I bought the 13PM one!

They only have 1 uk call centre now since the merger with virgin media. Their customer service is the worst out of all mobile operators now. I had issues last year with o2 refresh so much so I paid to leave o2. There is no way to get a uk call centre. I would only suggest going to a store and a non franchised store at that.O2 are a F***ing joke! 🤬🤬🤬
So Thursday evening I got told (o2 app) that my 16pm sliver 256GB was in transit (Packaged) & ready to be shipped out via DHL for Delivery to o2 store (Friday) cancel order button gone!
It still says that today (o2 app) so rung o2 kept getting thought to India South Africa Philippines & U.K once (couldn’t hear the person very well) (wanted U.K call centre)
To be told there is issues at wear house & they trying to fixed it ASAP but have no clue when my phone will be processed & delivered! Maybe next week!
Then the call cut off to be told again (when I rung later) after soo my tries! SA lady told me it will be 4 weeks+ from todays date I will get my 16pm! Nothing she can do! So when I calmly got frustrated she cut the call!
I am soo not happy!
Anything I can do to speak to U.K person or get the wear house to speed it up & get my phone sent out instead of it sitting their doing nothing

They were taken over by Virgin. Virgin were known to have little uk call centre presence. You can’t even email o2 to escalate problems anymore. EE and Vodafone actually have a decent uk presence stillReally is that true! That’s soo bad,
