I’ve a watch and phone. Two separate tracking numbers. One is DHL and other DPD but not sure which is which yet. Apple Store.hasn’t updated but I’ve had the respective apps ping with a notification

Yeah same here. I had a nightmare with them last year getting the 15 Pro Max on switch up in store with their systems being down and apparently being on an old account so expecting the same this time.

Update from an hour ago - still nothing on DPD or UPS app but Apple Store says my order has shipped so still not panicking....... yet.

Just got email from DHL to say it will be delivered Monday 23rd September 🙄

I’m always sceptical for release day delivery as I’m in Northern Ireland, very has been great with it to be fair.

I went Pro Max in the black, usually go for the other colour but didn’t fancy the Desert this year

You did the correct thing. XKO orders are rubbish and doesnt mean your order had been confirmed.

Ive always had this issue in the past almost every year and had to ring to go through order process again.

was quite busy at work that day so didnt have time to think it through. There is some people still getting texts and they werent pushed to back of the queue so there is still a glimmer of hope for delivery tomorrow

I’m the same. I normally for go for the halo colour too but every year I wish I’d gotten the white. So this year when the Desert was announced I was so happy because I hate gold on phones lol

DPD deliver nearly a million parcels a day in the UK. This won’t make any difference to them, especially as there’s only one pickup location.

Just had despatch email from Apple, its a DPD delivery for the 16PM and DHL for AirPods Max.
