We have slight movement.

It’s showing as dispatched, even though it still says 1-2 weeks. The dpd tracking doesn’t actually work yet, but I think it should be fine.

Anything for you?
Also Vodafone, nothing for me - just says 3-4 weeks:

It's been years since I've seen this option from DPD.
Any idea what qualifies a delivery to be eligible for custom slot?
I wonder if it's dependent on vendor, value, route busyness or what...
DPD usually deliver around lunch time so £10 to get it maybe 90 mins earlier could be hard to justify
It’s giving me the option for this delivery. £10 to guarantee 8-12 delivery

First time I’ve preordered with Very, but usually find them spot on for other bits, and found the whole 11/10 delivery date across the Pro Max range a little sus when it was showing there within seconds of preorders going live.

I could be mistaken but I don’t think Very actually stock higher value Apple products. iPhones, Macs, iPads etc Apple stuff from Very always comes packed as though it’s come direct from Apple. I’m assuming all our orders will be dispatched this evening along with the folks who ordered direct from Apple, might just take Very a little longer to update their tracking.

If anything like Jacamo; they come straight from the retailer and not their warehouse etc...

Bought my wife's Apple Watch via Jacamo as they had £80 off and it arrived within the week, straight from Apple by the looks of it; came in plain grey packaging etc

Does anyone know how late can iPhone's be dispatched tonight? I haven't got a notification yet, but is there a cut-off where it's defo not being delivered tomoz? Ordered 16 PM direct from Apple

Carphone warehouses are jokers!! Ain't touching them again

Bought the 16 pro max outright, 256gb gold colour whatever it's called, yesterday on the 18th September as it started 20 September delivery. Got confirmation email which also stated 20 September while confirming the order went through. An hour later a follow up email states 17 October. Pissed, but I should have known.

Today, the 19th I called to complain. As I'm complaining the site still states 20 September delivery date as of 9am while customer service is apologising and telling me it'll be 17th October

They've just now as of 9:30am on the 19th September, the day before iPhone 16 is released, decided to changed their site after I complained to 17 October!

They'll now hold my money hostage for 5 working days. Annoying pillocks.
Very annoying! My local store has said they will have stock for walk ins on launch day so could be worth a trip.

It’s banking, once a company issues a refund they have no control in how long it takes to arrive in the recipients account.

I had a DPD Local delivery the other day from work (new MacBook) that came just after 9 but not sure if that's what they paid for or just lucky (also is DPD Local a separate entity?)

What do I need to take to the Apple Store to trade in my previous iPhone. Got ID, going to do a reset tonight. Is it only the phone they will need or the USB/Box?

You don't even need ID to trade something in, I was surprised myself. Just the phone itself. No box needed.

FYI I just called O2 and they notified me that "all iPhone 16 series orders" are delayed by up to four weeks now due to demand but they haven't updated it on their back-end as yet.

So, uh, if you're waiting on that dispatch email, maybe don't get worked up about it. Mine was placed while the website was still well and truly broken, about 40 minutes after go-live, so should be before a lot of others, but looks like no dice.

I did finally get an email from Apple to say it had been dispatched however I haven’t had any emails or texts from UPS and there hasn’t been any updates other than label created this morning at 7:01am

I just had an email detailing my new contract and invoice, followed by another email and text to say my iPhone has shipped with DPD. Looks like the cock-up with my bank didn't affect the delivery date after all which is cool. My Apple Watch has also shipped from Apple so 2 new toys to play with tomorrow hopefully.

I’m the same but I’m with DPD. Nothing since initial notification at 5:52 this morning. Once they get moving you should get something from the carrier including UPS.
