What happens when you click on the Track Shipment link? No clues as to what is going on?
My full address is on dpd shipping info a part from where it says not provided but I don't know what that could be or how to add it if I needed to
I’ve only had the trade in email, new phone pickup still just shows processing in the app.
If someone doesn't receive the in-store pickup email , will they still let you pick up the phone with email confirmation?

No idea. Not in any rush tbh no idea why I even purchased. If it’s DPD I will expect next day delivery as they are the most reliable courier around me.
Mine is still being processed, the status hasn't been updated to preparing to shipment.
Very good chance it could still be dispatched tonight, they do ship out late as my case was last week, ordered gone 20:00 and was with me next day. Also DPD Hinckley hub is right next door to Apple distribution (Syncreon). Good luck.
