oh no... don't say that... I assume the support person doesn't really know more than we do at this stage... or that's what I like to think to remain positive for delivery tomorrow. Others had the same status & date yesterday and have changed throughout the day so far

Well, now it's showing up. The estimated time of delivery is the 24th, and the morning email clearly says delivery tomorrow. This is ridiculous. ffs, is DHL really an express delivery?

Same here ? if I remember correctly DHL messed up my watch delivery as well so I ended up collecting it from the Heathrow depo otherwise I would have had to wait over the weekend for them to deliver it.

First world problems I know but it’s very frustrating!

I’m sure you’ll get it tomorrow anyway. To be fair it seems a bit of a screw up this time. If you look up something like the purple iPhone 12 on the store, it reckons delivery tomorrow as long as you order by 7pm. I know the new iPads are in short supply, but you’d have thought that if you ordered first thing, you’d get it tomorrow.

My ipad is still PTS but my ATV shipped saying 21st and showing that on my orders. Now my orders has changed to 24th. I called up and was told DHL Parcel have declared a wider delivery timetable because of the amount of shipments and covid.

Placed my order last week and got a lead time of 6 weeks wait. Contacted Apple today and booked a session for tomorrow morning where if they have my preference in stock, I’ll be buying that and cancelling my online order.

When I look at other people who have DPD delivery and can choose a delivery time slot in the morning. It's very frustrating when mine is 'Super Express' DHL and can only see the information half an hour ago and it's a Monday delivery. How lucky I am LOL

I have just moved to shipped! 12.9 2tb SG. coming via Syncreon. Apple says 21st. But Syncreon says 24th?
