if they have honoured some, will they have to therefore honour all - they can't claim its a mistake if they've completed transactions on some of the earlier collections?

This is what I was thinking. The only reasonable denial of orders would be those that made multiple orders. I think Amazon honoured one per customer when they made the error with the iPhone 12.

Mine is here. Assuming apple track the serial number of each order I’ll try to resist opening until I find out about Argos later this afternoon.
 
Collected from the Apple Store Churchill Square (Brighton). No hassle at all. Very quick. They asked if I wanted to have a look in-store or just collect outside. I opted for the latter. They brought it out in a branded bag.

At home now setting up. Waiting for the Logitech Combo keyboard to be delivered later by DPD.
