How about the missing profiles app. I think, Iphone should allow the users to change the profile like turn on bluetooth when in car, turn off vibration at home and all those profiles that are available in any $20 phone.

A profile app will be great to have.

Not possible, unfortunately. Apps can't access any system settings (and what $20 phone do you have that has this? iPhone is my third "smart phone", none of them had more profiles than airplane mode, silent mode, and normal)

This one is half request half just throwing it out there, a little bit wondering if apple would even allow it.

But if I could partner up with someone who could write an interpreter, you could have your own launcher within the iphone. You would write BASIC apps in this app, and since you can't install apps on your iphone they would be "installed" to the launcher I wrote... except it'd all be in the same app.

Yeah, unfortunately that is really pushing Apple's rules. They don't want any apps that can run external scripts. The closest you could probably get would be to allow the person to enter in their programs within the app itself, and not ever download any. But if someone were to make such a thing, then post program listings people could manually enter in, it would be like the old days of 8-bit computers!
