Using macOS 14.7.5, Numbers 14.5 as well as restoring version 14.4 from Time Machine, I can no longer collaborate with others. Last week I was able to while using version 14.5. And since April 2025, when 14.4 came out, I was able to collaborate. I am sharing/collaborating with other macOS 14 users as well as a macOS 15 user.
Seems Apple has fully "turned off" sharing on their end, forcing Numbers into offline mode now. I can visit iCloud and share from there, but the experience is not good [I have Finder display scroll bars all the time - the website is set for them to disappear, so finding them to grab is fun]. Any workarounds? The fact that 14.4 doesn't work [and did all of last year and early this year] makes me think it is something Apple turned off on their end.
