Unlock and Jailbreak question

Thanks For All The Help!

Thanks to all the people who responded. I'd like to unlock my 3GS but want to be careful not to compromise the software and jailbroken features.

My modem firmware is 04.26.08 and it is using Pwnage modified 3.1.2 software so Ultrasn0w is the way to unlock the phone.

I'll give it a try this evening.
