Nope, still there. istocknow.com doesn't show it's available but when I checked apple.com it stated that the one I chose was available for pick up. I'm in Central time zone btw. So you are correct that it's available.

I did. 3-4 weeks. Delivery date is during a work trip.

Thanks to @6thDAY , I checked apple.com and checked my location and the 7 Plus 256 GB Black Model was available for pick up for the Sim-Free model. I did check istocknow.com and apparently they haven't updated their website yet when in fact the sim-free 7 Plus was available at store when visiting apple.com. So I cancelled my order which did state 3-4 weeks and ended picking one up. So if you are still looking. Keep checking. Hopefully istocknow.com will update their website to reflect the apple.com
Just an update . I order the sim free iPhone 7 plus matte black 128gb . On the 1st day they were for sale . For the 3-4 weeks date. I didn't mind the wait since I switching carriers . Long story short . I happen to check Apple website for stock and there it was available for pickup at my local Apple Store . I paid for it and pick it up later . I was in and out ! So happy I didn't have to wait .
