I have an iPad running ios 7.0.6 , is there a free tweak that let me add more icon in one page?

I tried five icon dock modoki but nothing happened, does it just work on iphones?

Do we have a tweak like that for iPad. Thanks in advance. ;)

Five Icon Dock is for iPhones, only. The ability to place more than 4 icons in the dock is already stock behaviour on iPads.

If you want to place more icons on the springboard have a look at Iconoclasm. Not a free one, though as all others doing similar AFAIK also are paid tweaks.

Thanx buddy.
I have a basic question, though. what is Springboard? what is the difference between respiring and rebooting the i-Device?

When I said icons on springboard it meant the the ones you see on your homescreen.

A reboot shuts down the OS completely followed by a (fresh) restart of the system.
A respring only kills the Springboard.app application that handles the UI on top of the OS (the OS stays running while the UI application is re-initiated).

Alright got it, so when I hit the respring button (like the one I have in the winter board) it is not a complete restart, it is just killing the Springboard.app and starting it again. ;)
