UPS Deserves Ls in the chat. They're delivering my keyboard + Pencil today, but delayed my iPad for tomorrow.
Due to "Arrived at Local facility". It arrived at 6 AM this morning and was processed 3 mins ago.
Won't get to open my iPad until Friday

Anyone with ”arriving May 16-20 have shipping/tracking? My card was charged yesterday and shows preparing to ship.

All depends on when you ordered from Best Buy… mine is being delivered today (supposedly 10am-2pm window now end of day), had ordered the day after the release.
Delivered and setup, typing on my Magic Keyboard now. Call me old school but I never realized how nice and useful a combo touchscreen and keyboard really is. Makes me mad that Apple refuses to put a touchscreen on the MacBook.
Imagine the fingerprints on the Macbook screen though.
Plus, doesn't Apple use a special coating on the screens where if you rub it the wrong way/use alcohol to clean it ruins the screen requiring a whole replacement.

Still preparing to ship. I cant cancel it cause apple is clueless. Its faster to pick it up at the apple store at this point
I don’t know TBH. I just know that I went with an iPad Air 13 as a MacBook Air replacement as my needs are just general usage and I am loving this iPad screen over my MB Air.
I tracked down my UPS driver earlier today and got my iPad Pro 11” 512GB, I headed right to the Apple Store to get the 1TB instead. A very helpful manager in training helped with the return of the unopened 512GB and purchase of the 1TB. I decided to set up as a new iPad so for the past 2 hours I have been setting up my apps and screens. I can really tell the difference in weight from my old iPad Pro. So far I just have the denim folio but I will probably get the new Magic Keyboard soon. I got the pencil pro but I haven’t taken it out of the box yet.
Wow that’s crazy. I was one of the few that got stuck with a FedEx delivery and of course they delayed mine until tomorrow. Not even in my state yet smh. There were more people at the Apple Store than I expected. Pick up went smooth and fast: iPad Pro 13" Space Black!
Finally home from work. The keyboard is much heavier than I was expecting.
Welp, I have Nest cameras outdoor to monitor the front of my house and FedEx drove to by, stopped. Waited for a minute or two, never came to the door... then drove off. Less than 5 minutes, they sent me a notification claiming "Tried to deliver."
I immediately called customer service to make note of it and what's annoying about this whole situation they originally gave me a window of delivery and then changed it to End of Day after the window ended. Which had me already puzzled... then this took it to a different level.
I have a feeling that it might go missing (or stolen).

Ordered the 13" Pro from Adorama last week and the Magic Keyboard showed up yesterday. No sign of the iPad Pro yesterday or today. Calling them only reminded me why I should stick to buying from Apple either online or locally since despite sharing a picture of the packing slip with Adorama CSR showing that Tech Data (their drop-shipper) only shows one item-- the Magic Keyboard being shipped? Their system-- according two different clueless CSR's, are adamant that both items shipped together under the same tracking number--contrary to: 1. A Packing slip showing only the Magic Keyboard being shipped in this package. 2. Sharing pic of UPS label that shows a shipping weight of 2lbs--which is the exact weight of the new Magic Keyboard package (2.4lbs to be exact--I weighed it) 3. Launch day is today, so it wouldn't have arrived before today if my 20-year experience pre-ordering Apple products online demonstrates that not a single Apple device that I've pre-ordered has ever arrived before the designated launch day. I know some have been lucky over the years and gotten their device a day or two early thanks to some screw-up, but I haven't been so fortunate. They want me to wait 1-2 business days as they slow walk a simple call to TechData's problem resolution desk to ascertain where the iPad shipment is. Now the wait game till their drop-ship dept. wakes up and investigates. Very frustrating
This is the worst feeling in the world. I've had this happen to me. Good luck getting your shipment. It's either a lazy ass driver, or worse, some kind of shady conversion.
I preordered a 13” 2 TB Nanowhich is due 5/16-20. After all this reading I ordered the same thing from Applestore but standard glassso I can really make a good choice and return the other .

It’s been great waiting these past few months with you all. My unit came in a couple hours ago.

I'm thinking of getting the Magic Keyboard - its really nice, but not sure if it will make sense for an 11".
