I’m still stuck in preparing update, so I just wanted to remind everyone that we WILL get our phones on the 24th. Once we leave ZZ the dreaded DELIVERY EXCEPTION! message will come and go for many of us, especially while waiting for customs scans.

Guys, what am I missing here. When I input my order # as reference, I get a page with the last 4 of my tracking, and the last place where it was (ZhengZhou) but no times, no full tracking #. How are you guys seeing that stuff?

Wow, I remember gold videos/pictures were hard to get a hold for the 12 series last year when the review embargo was lifted. Cool to see it now being "leaked" first.

Why does it keep looking like a gray gradient is being placed over the back in these leaked pictures of the color? I hope it's the same gold as the 12 Pro/Max last year. I'll be disappointed if it's more dull.

Wait so I didn't need to order a nano SIM card? I did the Apple iUP program for the 1st time. When I placed the pre-order I chose AT&T as my carrier. Coming from an iPhone X, I know it's not a nano SIM. I just assumed I would need a nano SIM. I read somewhere anyone using the iUP program were getting unlocked phones and no SIM cards shipped with it. Did I understand it all wrong?

No, you don't need a physical sim. Phones are coming with an eSim, you don't need a physical one.

Some, but I really don’t need more and I don’t do much video and do not need the HighRes that takes up so much space so I do have regrets but my decision is still the most sensible. Now would I exchange for a 256 if one shows up at my local Apple Store, probably.

Pretty much the same. I don’t see myself using ProRes and editing my videos, so normal 4K60 HDR video is fine for me. I use iCloud so I don’t need more local storage, realistically. I was tempted to go for 256, but thinking about it honestly — I don’t actually need it.

We should find out who has the closest matching serial / IMEI numbers but making sure to not disclose the last 4 or 6 digits for security reasons.

The worst unboxing I've ever seen, we don't even get to see the phone properly, turn the damn thing on 🤦‍♂️

Looks a bit dull in that video, most likely look better in person.
