Ladies and....I mean iPhones, welcome to Anchorage.

So...called Verizon to get a physical sim card. Looonnnggg hold, she comes back, sorry, they can only send me a 4G card (????). Is the sim card from the 12 pro compatible with the 13 pro? No, she says. I was on hold so long I had to hang up, so she said she would text me the sim card info. Her text said she made an appointment for me to pick up a 5G sim card from a local corporate store...in KANSAS. I'm in Florida. Called back, the 2nd rep said the sim card from the 12 pro is absolutely compatible with the 13 pro. And they will waive the $35 upgrade fee. Only took an hour and 15 minutes.
Wait are you sure the iPhone 12 Pro SIM card is not the same as the 13? Definitely it has to be

I did pick up for Sat at Williamsburg, NYC, and have been charged so far. Mine says processing as well but I see the pending charge on my account.
Now that you said that, I checked my account and it says pending charge from Apple in the amount of the phone. Sounds good :)

I called UPS. Getting to speak to an agent seemed like a bridge to nowhere.

So I just went to my local UPS CC here in Lubbock, I was the only customer there at the moment, showed the young lady my tracking number, and she said that I’m good to pick it up on Friday. Just like I do every year.

It won’t show in the app til Thursday, but that’s the way that it shows every year for me, and it’s not a problem.

Having said that, still wish that UPS wouldn’t have taken the CC option out of the app. Doesn’t seem the best customer service option, even if they are trying to maybe push people to their little stores instead.

Having said that, PM Gold 128gb on the 4:50 ZhenZou waiting to get to Anchorage
I would totally do what you are doing and pick up my phone first thing in the morning which I have done many times in years past but last year my 12 Pro was marked as ready for pickup and when I got there the workers told me they could not give me the phone even though it was back there and it had to be delivered to the physical address and it was a mistake that it marked ready for pickup(no idea why the option was even available then). I have a feeling its more of a warehouse to warehouse decision to do that as when I still lived with my parents, the hub closest to them(next one over from the one I deal with now) never gave me issues.

Since I'm still working from home I'm going to wait it out for the truck to show up and hope it come before I start working at 3.

Will the option to select a 2 hour delivery window become available when the phones reach their final stop before delivery? I thought I read somewhere that the 2 hour delivery window isn’t available with the phone shipments?
In the past, the option isn't available on launch day. I don't imagine that it'll be an option this year but who knows.
