Dear UPS have mercy and improve your delivery performance. Last week you wanted to deliver two packages on Friday. Thursday you rescheduled both for Monday. On Sunday you added for one package:
“A mechanical failure has delayed delivery.We're working to resolve the problem and deliver your pkg as soon as possible.”
Now you plan for Tuesday.
Please note a repeat for this week is not acceptable. Need to promptly deliver Friday!
Actually as a compensation you could just for once reverse your route and deliver at 7:30 AM instead of 7:30 PM.
