I’m a little late to the party, but just saw that my phone left Alaska on the red eye last night! One step closer! (Also, my Apple Cash showed up yesterday for my phone. Not yet for my iPad mini.)

So my iPhone 12 Pro payment was set for today. It tried to charge but I forgot I switched my Apple Card number info, thus it declined.

Does anyone know if this will effect my upgrade for the 13 Pro Max? I tried calling customer service to make the payment but I can’t get ahold of anyone. It won’t let me make an additional payment online. It simply says next charge will be Oct 22 (which isn’t true as the phone will be returned and upgraded by then).

They usually let you skip a payment anyways, right?
Not sure if this will help but... I had my Watch 6 on payments using my Apple card. I had to have the number changed and that caused a decline on the Watch payment. I changed the card and they still tried to run it through on the old number. I messaged them and they said wait and it will catch up to the change - which it finally did. You could try the message feature. It is cumbersome but it works and they respond immediately.

When I ordered my new 13 Pro the original try declined as Apple still had my old card number. Once I updated it on the Apple site it went through. And now I see the full charge on my card. So if you ordered using your apple card you should see a charge for you phone - either pending or posted. If you do all is good!
 
So you do have a tracking number… the apple store app will say preparing to ship until there is an import scan from Louisville. Ask you husband to add you as a household member to his ups my choice account. If not make your own and tracking should pop up
I have my own account. There’s nothing on it other than a case I ordered for my mini that was delivered last week. I went to the UPS tracking page and used my phone number as a tracking number and it pulls up a shipment “On the Way” but the tracking number is obscured except for the last few digits per their new security policy. (Only the sender account can see the full tracking number). And it just instructs me to check in tomorrow for an estimated delivery date.

According to UPS My Choice accounts, when logging into his account or my own, the only shipment headed to our house is my husband’s. He’s got a full tracking number and his status with Apple Store did change. Mine never did and I’m on “Preparing to Ship”.
