So my iPhone 12 Pro payment was set for today. It tried to charge but I forgot I switched my Apple Card number info, thus it declined.

Does anyone know if this will effect my upgrade for the 13 Pro Max? I tried calling customer service to make the payment but I can’t get ahold of anyone. It won’t let me make an additional payment online. It simply says next charge will be Oct 22 (which isn’t true as the phone will be returned and upgraded by then).

They usually let you skip a payment anyways, right?

Trying to get some tracking info and I have no idea how you guys are getting that info. Looked at page 1 but it didn't help. I know apple says itll be here on friday but it is still stuck on preparing.

On UPS website, you should be able to track by reference. Enter your order number last the last digit or your phone number linked to your account, together with the destination zip code.
 
Phew… both my phones are now in transit to Louisville, KY!

I got confirmation from UPS (via email) that my hold for pickup instructions will be reflected in the system once the phones clear customs. For those whose phones arrived in Louisville, KY — are you seeing the “hold for pickup” status update, if you had requested?

Sorry just got caught up from overnight. The scans with people going from CGO-ANC is interesting. Maybe some pallets got scanned incorrectly or not at all in Korea. UPS173 is the next one to watch. Based on previous trends, it should have departed by now. You all need to get in an orderly line to board lol. Try to watch N309UP on flightradar24 when it appears.

Have you seen any change in your actual tracking yet? I got the same confirmation but nothing changed on the front end in MyChoice noting that yet.
 
Submitted both tracking numbers and notes via their request form / email so hopefully can get that entered today to hold for Friday. Oot Saturday :(

I think you got left behind because they figured you started the thread and they assume you are the captain and making sure that every else goes first. Just like Captain always goes with the ship. 🤣

Anyways I hope yours update soon. When I woke up. I saw that my phone departed AK, now head to KY.

Because it's international shipping, you won't actually see it on the tracking until sometime after the Import scan. That's what I've been told when I requested a hold for pick up. They said that they will put it in, but we won't be able to see it.
