I have heard nothing from Apple since last Friday morning when I submitted my order and they charged my card. It's been in "Preparing to ship" since then and no updates or other contact whatsoever. I downloaded the UPS app, updated my physical address, logged in with my UPS account, searched with my order number in the tracking number field, still nothing. Not sure how made this work for you. Not the end of the world as it's just a replacement for an iPhone that still works great but I do feel a bit left out at the moment.
