Do you plan on ordering the new iPhone 13 (2021) this September?

Last year they did it on Thursday (late afternoon), my iPhone was on the 4AM Friday flight to San Juan.
Yep I’m in north eastern coast and looking back at tracking for the 12 Pro ( I’m in iUP) Thursday morning around 10AM I got the official import scan in KY and around 4PM later in evening phone departed for my state and was out for delivery Friday morning. I’m just hoping weather doesn’t impact much.

I have heard nothing from Apple since last Friday morning when I submitted my order and they charged my card. It's been in "Preparing to ship" since then and no updates or other contact whatsoever. I downloaded the UPS app, updated my physical address, logged in with my UPS account, searched with my order number in the tracking number field, still nothing. Not sure how made this work for you. Not the end of the world as it's just a replacement for an iPhone that still works great but I do feel a bit left out at the moment. :(
Apple's order status won't update until the phones clear Customs. If you just updated your address and phone number on your UPS account, it's too late. Had to be synched before your order processed. You can try tracking via UPS website and reference number...try the phone number you used on your order, or try your Apple Order number (minus the Last Digit. If that doesn't work try taking off the last 2-digits). At any rate, we'll all really probably have good updates when we wake up tomorrow morning.

Don’t feel bad.. I used the UPS My Choice and didn’t get much more information other than it’s on its way. The second entry that shows delivered was my new case that arrived yesterday.

Have a question about holding shipment at a UPS CCC.

I learnt that the option to request to hold package at a local CCC has been deliberately removed from UPS My Choice. Now we either call or email UPS with the request.

People who have emailed UPS successfully- Do you use the ‘Email UPS’ feature on the App (that makes you fill out a form) or is there an Email Address that you could share with me? I don’t think I’m able to locate a support email address on the UPS app.
I called them this morning. I didn’t want to “wait”. Had both phones to be held at my local CC.
