Called CitizensOne. The glitch was despite putting in the correct expiration date for the Apple Card, the system retained the expiration of the Visa I initially had to use for the order due to the glitch last Friday. They managed to fix it and manually sent the charge and cleared.

Apparently the loan information is still being updated and causing the issue.

The gift that keeps on giving... I think many, many of these unexpected problems this year might have been avoided if Apple had not used the unlucky 13??

Same think happened to me. Plus, I did the iOS 15 Advanced Fraud Protection thing that periodically scrambles the security code. So, even after I'd updated charges back to my Apple Card, it ran into that. I just locked the security code in iOS 15, went back to citizens and updated the card, again, to fix the security code. And they just billed me for the first month.

Never a dull billing moment this year.

Still no pickup ready notice for my 8am in NYC for my pro max 1tb. Anyone else still in that boat? In previous years always got it around 4-6pm.

Sounds like it hasn’t arrived in NY which sucks lots of NY’rs are stranded right now and it’s gonna be tight if we have planes coming in later at night. I’m slowly starting to accept Monday as potential for delivery but was excited for this weekend… still hoping there a chance tomorrow or Sat.

For anyone that requested pickup at a UPS CC, are you seeing that in your tracking details? I emailed and received a response that the request was processed, and called to confirm that it was processed, and they said yes. However when I check on the UPS app, it still shows as being delivered to my home address and not being held for pickup

Nothing for me. Emailed UPS and they said that “shows that request has been submitted, however you not see it online becuase the shipment has not made it to the main center but you do not need to worry about it the shiment will be held at the UPS location.”

I live in Westchester County, NY and work in Fairfield County, CT. My phone had a departure scan of 5:01pm and it has an arrival scan of 7:10pm. It skipped JFK and EWR altogether and wound up in Windsor Locks, CT. I will be getting mine tomorrow.

I am also waiting for an arrival scan in So Cal, I'm in Orange County. I was expecting it to come from UPS 2908 / Ontario INT like years passed however I believe this year mine is flying into LAX on UPS 2900.

My departure scan from Louisville was at 4:06pm. We'll see soon

the apple stores usually get them Wednesday and start scanning Thursday before a Friday release. Got my iPad mini pickup notice.
