And a year from now it will be “I can’t wait to get rid of this old thing” 😂
The blasphemy! I better use all my Apple care+, and the extra extended warranty provided by my credit card, and a couple more years of shelf-life before I replace it. No way to retire before 50 buying phones all the time.

It's true. In all seriousness, people, even some women, don't realize the dangerous business that childbearing is.

I work in Labor and Delivery at a hospital that is nationally known as the "Baby Factory" and there are so many deaths weekly (mothers and babies). you wouldn't believe how many mothers are on vents right now due to Covid. one was removed because nothing else could be done. her baby survived though via C-section. pregnancy will bring to light any underlined issues within women until it has manifested. i've said since I was 16 I did not want children and 25 years later I am still childless 🙌🏽

All my thoughts to you healthcare workers. They humanity that you've collectively experienced, observed, and suffered during the last 18 months must have been death and suffering beyond belief. I mean doctors know that there will be death, but not a peacetime massacre.

And the Bay Area misses you too. Come back and visit anytime, well, maybe not when we're either on fire or in drought, so December through April is good.
Sadly we've been on fire for a couple years now...and when are we not in drought? Wait it was last year or the year before when we got a ton of rain and I remember channel 2 news saying "were officially out of the drought"...and I was like NO, don't say that your cursing our future. And now look, back in the drought and severe one at that. If we don't receive rain this winter we are so screwed.

Could be a hot button topic, but we annually flush a lot of water out to the ocean to save the smelt fish. Might have to let that one go extinct unless we want to build a nationwide water infrastructure system and pay 72% tax
