What seems strange is that everyone that has "out for delivery" has yet to see a cleared customs scan. It must have cleared in KY, but UPS probably forgot to scan it in. They must have been inundated with packages.

My cleared customs scan showed up last night when UPS released the more detailed tracking.

Same here. As soon as I hit green "Follow my..." button on the app, immediate crash.
I'm running it on the desktop, just shows the truck is still at the hub.

i don’t even have the option on my desktop, just on the app. Weird. Probably best for my OCD anyway. Hahaha

What is with all the phones going missing? I get there are a lot of iPhones getting delivered today, but if you think of the small percentage of people actively commenting in this thread vs the mass of people waiting for their phones, I am guessing there are many many more being “lost.” I guess it’s possible the universe is having fun specifically with the people in this forum simply because we care too much lol

I'm planning on doing both as I have both an eSim for my US line and a physical sim from EE so hoping but will probably do the transfer of the esim first with the backup and then transfer physical sim over once its all setup fully

Mine still says delivery by 7 even though it’s out for delivery

These delivery estimates drive us crazy at FedEx. They are predictions, based on computer algorithms, and often wildly inaccurate. The algorithms don't take traffic or other delays into consideration. If the sort ended late today and trucks were dispatched after their normal time, the estimate doesn't get corrected. Mechanical issues, transportation delays from other hubs, etc, all play hob with these computer-generated estimates. Unfortunately people take what they see online as gospel and consider it a promise.

That sucks! All the people changing to CC pick up probably overloads their system every year. They have enough with the logistics of having to deliver all these phones in a timely manner. I used to good for pick up too, but the same thing happened to me in the past so I decided to stop messing with it and just wait. I’m sure you will get a call today saying they found your package.
