My guess is UPS probably wanted extra money from Apple especially since UPS hubs are working with reduced employees and hours now and Apple didn’t want to pay. So glad I chose in store pickup. But RIP to next years in store phone pickups. Will be sold out in seconds. Lol.

Ugh, really?! Damnit... my UPS guy is so unreliable... if he gets overloaded, he'll just take it back to the CC for another day. Happened to my MacBook Air. I ended up having to yell at them to let me come pick it up on a Saturday before I had to leave town.
I didn't even bother trying since it was always faster just to drive to my CC.
So, 5X 175 is scheduled to depart ICN at 8:45 AM on 19 Sep, which is about 7-1/2 hours from the time I post this. That would seem to track with the estimated (remaining) hour it will take 5X 176 to get to CGO, then offload, reload, fuel, return to ICN, etc., etc., etc...
Source please - either from Apple, UPS or both. Not a 3rd party and not a phone call "from a friend".
Apple doesn't have control over any of that.

Our Inbound FlightOur inbound is currently on its way to Zhengzhou (CGO). It should be touching down in about an hour. Expect them to start loading a little while after it parks. That's when those scans will start showing. UPS tends to delay them though, so it may take some time for them to actually show up. Be patient, they will happen eventually. You can track the flight on FlightAware or FlightRadar24.
The next flight is expected to be as follows:
UPS175 | N611UP | CGO-ICN | Estimated | Departure: 4:00AM CST | Arrival: 6:45AM KST
This puts that departure around 3PM CDT/4PM EDT. Similar to the inbound flight, this flight will not appear until it is airborne and will not have a destination listed. You can keep refreshing this page when the time comes.
The following flight from Seoul to Anchorage has been populated. That flight is estimated with the following:
