Haha, don't feel shame, I eat the same thing for lunch every day at work. Vegan Lunch "Meat", 2 cheese sticks, hummus, baby carrots, and Oikos Triple Zero. I know, I eat like a child going to school, but I know the macros, the calories, and I feel no guilt afterwards
