Has anyone found anything that works yet? I’ve been using the normal apple adapter that is USB-C to Headphone port but I still can’t charge my iPad while listening. Would love a simple adapter that plugs into the USB-C port and has a USB-C port on it for charging and a headphone port for listening.

I got one of these bluetooth receivers, it works great: https://www.amazon.com/FiiO-BTR3-Bl...1?ie=UTF8&qid=1543510117&sr=8-1&keywords=btr3 use them with my HD 660S headphones and have the device paired with my XS and iPad
Unfortunately that doesn't help with those looking for a wired connection to avoid latency during the likes of audio production etc.
